咁就快啲報今次嘅訓練班啦,香港大學學生會評議會時事委員會特意請咗兩個教練嚟教同學仔點樣提升基礎力量、敏捷度等等,仲會俾一啲預防受傷嘅tips!名額有限,記得要快啲填好Google Form,學完之後教埋你身邊嘅朋友仔!訓練詳請如下:

Current Affairs Committee, HKUSU Council invited two coaches to guide students on enhancing their basic strength and agility, as well as providing some advice on avoiding injuries. Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis. If you want to improve your physical fitness and conditioning, apply now!
