We are the students of BA Hons. Psychology, 4th year  at Lady Shri Ram College for Women. We are doing a research project as a part of our course curriculum for which we are required to collect your experiences at your workplace.

Who Can Participate? ✅
Please check if you meet the following criteria:
  • Employees with minimum experience of 6 months in their respective field.
  • Age: 21–35 years
  • Male or Female
  • Employees from sales & marketing, hospitality (e.g., front-desk staff, service staff, guest relations, waitstaff, etc.), or teaching who regularly engage in customer-facing or client-interaction as part of their daily work.
