PLEASE BE OPEN AND HONEST with me.  My goal is to help you learn, and if there is something that really works for you OR really doesn't work for you, this is your time to share.  Please keep in mind, however, that I do expect "solutions" to be presented to any major "complaint" that you have.  Meaning, you need to let me know how I could tweak or adjust it to make it better for you, and not just tell me that it sucks.
