Kindergarten Pre-Enrollment emails will be sent out in March
to all registered incoming Kindergartener’s families.
To attend Kindergarten your child must be 5 years of age on
or before August 31st.
When you receive the email in March, please read all the
information carefully and fill out ALL forms completely. In addition to the
forms, you will also need to provide a copy of the following information. Now
is a good time to start gathering these documents so that you have them
available when the time comes for Pre-Enrollment as they will be required to
attend our Kindergarten Round Up event mid-April.
- Proof of Residency: i.e.
Utility bill in your name, building and/or purchase agreement, or a rental
agreement COPY
- COPY of a legal birth
certificate (State Certified Copy)
- COPY of Immunization
Record
- COPY of Custody Papers
(if applicable)
By completing and providing all the forms and the additional
documentation requested, it will save you time when your online enrollment
opens in July.
