Standard 6.2A - Budget Process - The instructor(s) of the automotive program at CTEC are not directly responsible for creating the annual budget for the automotive program at CTEC. The Career & Technical Education Department in conjunction with the finance department create the annual budget. Funds are encumbered to support ongoing instructional activities and are made available when needed and approval is granted.

Is the current method of funding for the automotive program adequate to maintain ongoing activities.
Standard 6.3 - Student follow-up surveys are used annually to identify where graduates are employed along with an employer survey of students gainfully employed in the automotive industry that provides feedback infrormation regarding the training students have received during their enrollment in the automotive course of study at CTEC. Based on the sample forms provided from Standard 5.4, rate the method of annual follow-up used as a tool to provide the committee with a means of assessing employment potential and providing input for program modification. *

The advisory committee provides guidance and approves any and all tasks of the required NATEF task list to ensure the program meets the accrediation level being sought . Using the provided cross reference, rate the program regarding meeting the required NATEF tasks. A priority chart and summary is also provided
