"arcINDIE and Chao Games Showcase Direct and Promotional Material" 2025 form
This form is for users submitting trailers and promotional material to the event directs. 

Trailer guidelines:
  • Submitted trailers should aim to be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes long. 
  • Upload 1080p, 60fps videos preferably without team/game logos at the start or end.
  • Submit a high quality logo with a transparent background and no background images.
  • Submission of Direct trailers are not mandatory, however, it is required if you wish for your game to feature within the direct presentations.
Failing to provide the assets asked may impact how your trailer appears during the DIRECT presentation.

Promotional Material: 
  • please provide a 256x256 or 512x512 cover image which we can use as an icon for your booth's page.
  • feel free to provide as many gameplay screenshots as you like.
