The Organization agrees to:

  2. Support the Volunteer’s professional growth through mentorship and regular feedback.

  4. Recognize the Volunteer’s contributions through certificates, references, and public appreciation where appropriate.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

During the course of the engagement, the Volunteer may have access to confidential information including (but not limited to):

  • Donor or partner contact details

  • Grant application drafts

  • Financial or strategic documents

  • Internal communications or project plans

The Volunteer agrees to:

  1. Keep all such information strictly confidential and not disclose it to anyone outside the Organization without written consent.

  2. Use the information only for the purpose of carrying out assigned responsibilities within the engagement.

  3. Refrain from copying, sharing, or storing confidential materials on personal devices beyond the scope of assigned work.

  4. Immediately report any breach or suspected breach of confidentiality to the Organization’s leadership.

This obligation continues even after the Volunteer’s role with the Organization ends.

Conduct & Ethics

The Volunteer commits to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism at all times.
They agree not to engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior that may harm the reputation or safety of the Organization, its staff, or its beneficiaries.

The Volunteer understands that they represent [Organization Name] publicly in all communications and will act in alignment with the mission and values of the Organization.

Stipend & Benefits

In all cases, the Organization will aim to resolve issues through open dialogue before termination.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing this Agreement, the Volunteer acknowledges that they understand and accept the expectations, responsibilities, and confidentiality requirements of the Volunteer Fundraising Engagement with [Organization Name].
