Junior Crusaders Flag Football Sign-Up 2024
Spring 2024 League for Current 5th, 6th and 7th Graders.  

By submitting this form I authorize my child to compete in the Jr. Crusaders Flag Football 7on7 League under the supervision and instruction of the volunteer players as coaches and our program manager.  Practices and games will be scheduled once a week following Easter Break.  Reminder to submit payment to Jennifer Bolinger before March 20th, 2024.
