Kris Kinder 2019 Registration
Registration deadline is November 24th 2019. Once you have submitted your form, an invoice will be sent to you by email within a few days. If you have selected the PayPal option, please follow the link in the emailed invoice to pay electronically. PayPal invoices may take a few additional days to arrive, as we must request the Kingdom paypal account send you an invoice. If you selected the Mailed payment option, please print the invoice and remit with a check made out to “SCA inc. - Barony of Forgotten Sea” to the address listed on the invoice.

For Kris Kinder 2019 we are introducing a couple new options for Merchant spaces. Each reserved booth includes a table with two chairs. Each Table is approximately 30”x72”. Spaces will be marked, and any goods or additional racks a merchant brings will be expected to stay within their space.

The traditional gym spots (approx. 7’ x 7’) are $49 per space and includes You may reserve up to two additional spaces at the reduced amount of $37 each. We are adding additional merchant spaces in the windowed corridor as well as in the area that has previously held Gate. We will have a limited number of premium spaces in these areas. Those booths sizes will be: 10' x 10' spaces for $105, 7' x 10' spaces for $75, and 7' x 12' spaces for $89. These spaces are available on a first paid basis. You may reserve more than one premium space at the same rate.

If you are exchanging money for goods at the event, you are considered a Merchant, and need to register.

Site opens at 6:30 AM for merchant setup and then opens to the populace at 9:00 AM. Site closes at 7:00 PM.

Site fee: $15 for non-members, $10 with member discount. Site fee is a separate cost. You will receive your table assignments on the day of the event, after signing in at Gate, at the Merchant Check-In.
