INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please fill in this form to apply for a table at the Kota Kemuning Flea Market.
2. The KKFM team will review your application and will contact you via email IF your application has been approved.
3. We will send you the instructions for set up upon approval of your application.
4. Please make payment as soon as possible to confirm you booking.
5. Table rent is RM80 per day, one table (3x6ft), two chairs and one table cloth will be provided
6. Only qualified Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau, Kemuning Utama and area code 40460 residents are allowed to share a table and pay only 50% of the rent.
7. You can pay for the rental with cash or via Internet banking transfer to our Maybank account, we will send you the account number once you application is approved.
