Instructors: Taslima and assisted by Melissa S
This is a very clever, simple face mask design created by Taslima Hossain. Taslima arrived in Albany just 2 years ago from Bangladesh with her husband and three children. She hopes offering this workshop will help her to practice speaking English and build some self confidence while we all learn something new too!
Materials needed:
- pencil or marker for tracing on fabric
- fat quarter is ideal, or a piece of fabric at least 11” square.
- a plate to trace around.
- sewing machine
- scissors
- elastic
Sizing:
For sm/youth size use 8.5-9” diameter plate
for med/women size use 9.5-10” diameter plate
for lar/men size use a 10.5” diameter plate
(to figure the diameter of a plate, lay a ruler across the plate from edge to edge.)
Please put your EMAIL ADDRESS into this form and we will send you the Zoom meeting link 24 hours before the workshop.
