The Protpardelle code in Chu et al. bioRxiv 2023 is provided under an MIT License. If you are only interested in code to run the model, you may simply use the code found at our GitHub. If you are interested in the training code, we have made the current state accessible to the public with a Google Drive folder. The link will be available immediately for download at the end of this Google Form.

Recording your request in this form helps us track usage to allow us to continue funding and supporting this line of research. This should directly benefit the community by enabling us to continue to develop and improve methods and make them open source. If you have any feedback, make any improvements, or find any bugs in the code, we would love to hear from you.
