MYFL - Tell Us How We Are Doing

MYFL recognizes the sometimes stressful environment of youth sporting events. We have provided a link for anyone to report any concerns involving one of our youth football teams.  This submission is anonymous, but you have the option of providing your contact information.  All concerns will be thoroughly investigated and the board will meet to discuss the concerns and any actions for this concern.

You can also let us know when things went right!  We would love to receive your good vibes and share it with our coaches, players and our fan base.  If you had a great experience, let us know!
