Why are we doing this?
As Health Systems moves to Tririga for space reservations, it is imperative that the Facilities and Space Information Management team has as much information as possible regarding these spaces to help facilitate a smooth transition.

The most significant issue being come across is the lack of information regarding the decision-maker(s)/owner(s) of these spaces. It should be noted that moving forward, Rebecca (aka Becky) will no longer be fulfilling the roll above [confirm with Becky].
Who are space owner/contact (SOC)?
These are the spaces' decision makers. They decide how the conference room will be used and when a booking needs to be bumped.
