When you have done so, we will invite you to attend a meeting in the parish to complete the registration.

 - the 30 euro registration fee and
 - a copy of your child's BAPTISM CERTIFICATION

The information you provide on this Form will be used to register your child's First Communion. it will not be shared with any other person or organisation. The content will be retained to facilitate the First Communion ceremony at a later stage. if you have any questions about this please contact the parish office.
