Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope you are having an awesome summer!

This fall, our Sunday School will resume on September 13rd, and we will have a "Back to School Blessing" on September 6. Please save the date!
Our Sunday School program is for children from age 3.5 up to 5th grade. Youth Sunday school will be offered separately led by Ashley Villegas (our youth coordinator)

Please fill out a separate form for each of your children who will be attending Sunday School.
For returning students, please write your name, and you may skip all (not required) other info.
For new students, please fill out the form and submit it.

The registration form must be submitted by August 10th.
All the information provided will be kept confidential, not shared or published, and will only be used by our staff for the purposes of HUMC church school.

We also need your help to continue our Sunday School ministry. Please prayerfully consider volunteering. We will share the volunteer sign-up link with you soon.
