Overdose & Addiction Awareness Vigil-Luminary Registration Form
On August 27, 2025, at 4 PM, the 8th Annual Overdose & Addiction Awareness Vigil will be held. This will be an evening of education and awareness where we pay tribute to those lost to addiction, struggling with or recovering from addiction.  The event will be held at the Riverview Bandshell, 251 Ball Park Drive, Clinton (across from Riverview Pool). We invite you to join us at this event and design a luminary of your own to pay tribute to someone lost to addiction (in memory of) or in support of someone struggling with or in recovery from addiction. If you are unable to attend, or would like to have some write your luminary for you, please fill out this form. This online registration will close on August 21.
