I'm exploring how people feel about the way brands interact with them — known as customer experience (CX).

I want to understand how companies makes you feel about them based on any interaction you’ve had: this could include their ads, website, app, store, customer service, product experience, or even what you’ve read or heard from others. I want to learn about:

SCREENING QUESTIONS: This survey is looking for people who actively interact with brands from any of the following categories: 

👟 Athleisure/Fitness
E.g. browsing for a new pair of trainers, visiting a gym or using a fitness app

👖 Fashion
E.g. buying or shopping for clothes/accessories, being served targeted social ads for fashion items

🎧 Music
E.g. listening to streaming platforms, seeing a live show, buying an artist's album or merch

🧴 Beauty
E.g. discussing the benefits of different skincare products, watching a beauty review or tutorial, testing a sample in-store

🛋️ Homeware
E.g. visiting a furniture/homeware store, using social media as inspiration for your home, using an AI platform to check size and style
