Please fill out this form to express interest in the workshop and convening titled "Designing, Implementing, and Refining Equitable Evaluation Rubrics," which will take place on Sunday, June 9 from 10am-3pm at AAS 244 in Madison, Wisconsin. Selected participants will be notified by April 29. (Deadline extended to May 3.)

For invited participants, AAS will cover:

* One-day AAS meeting registration. (Participants may optionally upgrade to a full meeting registration by paying the difference in price.)

* Round-trip airfare and ground transportation.

* One night of hotel.

* One day of travel meals (capped at per diem rate)
