Thank you so much for reviewing the information on the ChiWowTown website and for deciding you'd like to become a special member of the beloved ChiWowTown family. We take breeding very seriously and take a great deal of pride and care in placing our babies with loving, deserving homes, like yours!  Please take just a few a few moments to share some important details about yourself and your search for a new, amazing member of the family. Please find the required Puppy Buyer Wishlist/Application below, in an online format for your convenience. An application MUST be submitted to set up a visit to view available puppies in my home. If I don't know you and can't verify who you are...you will NOT be coming to my home. This is NOT up for debate. This online format will be submitted directly to my email (info@chiwowtown.com); however, please follow up your submission with a phone call, text or email so we may help you on your search as soon as possible. Without a follow-up communication, we won't review your application. (Too many people send applications with no intentions of communicating, and that just wastes everyone's time.) I will NEVER ask you to submit or send any personal documents, deeds or home owner's verification. The ONLY thing I will ask you for is a copy of a government issued ID (with your name and address) if you plan to come to my home home. PERIOD. Be weary of anyone asking you to send them your personal documents.

I understand and acknowledge that I am contacting a hobby breeder of well socialized, naturally reared, purebred Chihuahua puppies and I am willing to and am prepared to fairly compensate the breeder for their hard work in keeping all of the dogs and puppies in the breeder's care. I believe ALL dogs deserve a great life regardless of their past. In order to support a breeder in producing a strong, healthy, happy, smart and well socialized dog/puppy, a breeder should be well compensated for their time, effort, investment, sacrifice and commitment. TERMS OF SALE Seller makes no warranty, claim or guarantee as to the puppy/dog's projected adult size, color, weight or features and is sold as “pet quality” only.  Purchase price is nonrefundable for any reason. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON IN ANY AMOUNT. Seller and Buyer are in agreement that the dog/puppy is in sound health and physical appearance and displays no signs of illness or health problems at the time of pick up/delivery. Once Buyer takes possession of the dog/puppy, Seller is not, and will not be liable or responsible in any way to cover any veterinary/emergency/medical or other expenses pertaining to the purchase, care or treatment, or maintenance of dog/puppy, nor will Seller be responsible for any fees or expenses associated with any extraneous treatments including, but not limited to, any of the following: hypoglycemia (low sugar or sugar crash), persistent or intermittent diarrhea, cough or infection, anemia, kennel cough, umbilical or inguinal hernia, Giardia, Coccidiosis, Distemper, Parvovirus, any type of worm infestation, bloody or mucous stools, luxating patella, hydrocephalus, deafness, blindness, cancer, open fontanel, missing teeth, bacterial or viral infections of any kind. EVERY EFFORT IS MADE TO SELL DOGS FREE OF THESE PROBLEMS, though there is no guarantee any of these issues won't present at some point. Buyer has the right to have puppy/dog examined by a veterinarian of their choice, at their expense, within 7 days of purchase. If a TERMINAL LIFE ENDING health problem is present, the Buyer must arrange a return of the puppy/dog at their expense within 24 hours of discovering the problem and provide in order to qualify for a replacement. A signed statement from the veterinarian stating the terminal diagnosis and prognosis must be presented to the Seller. If the seller’s veterinarian verifies/confirms the prognosis after an exam, the Buyer will be entitled to another puppy/dog of the same sex and selling price. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PRORATION OR PARTIAL REFUNDS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR ANY REASON. Buyer may choose to keep the puppy and incur all outcomes, financial and health liabilities, and any and all expenses. If Buyer chooses to keep the dog/puppy the Buyer forfeits all rights and opportunities to a replacement of any kind. If the dog/puppy needs to be returned to Seller, it will be arranged at Buyer’s expense. If Seller arranges a pickup, a fee of no less than $500 will be due to the courier or Seller immediately upon pickup. In the event of a death of dog/puppy while in the Buyer's possession, a full necropsy by a licensed veterinarian MUST be completed/submitted to Seller in order to be eligible for any type of replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS! There will be NO financial refunds. Seller's veterinarian MUST agree with the findings to initiate a replacement of any kind. AKC Registration, including Limited or Full, is not guaranteed and is evaluated and determined on a per case basis by the Seller/Breeder. NO AKC paperwork will be provided at puppy pickup/delivery. These terms are nonnegotiable. In the event that seller must commence any legal proceedings, buyer shall be responsible for all attorney fees, court costs, process service fees and marshal/constable/sheriff fees.
