Thank you for taking a few moments to complete the following survey for the Women's Ministry. The purpose of the survey is to gather information to help us create compatible and varied groups for our Titus 2 Tables. These tables will consist of 6-8 ladies that will commit to "do life" together for the next year, meeting monthly and participating in mission opportunities together.
