LWYFL Financial Sponsorship Request
The LWYFL does not have a scholarship program. However, in order to provide an opportunity to all children (entering 1st - 6th grades) of the Lebanon City School District to play football or cheer, we have adopted a sponsorship program.  The sponsorship program provides funds to families needing financial assistance to pay the registration fees.  Individuals and/or organizations have donated or will donate funds to the LWYFL specifically to support the youth in our community.  The amount of sponsorship is based on each family situation.

 *Please note additional costs are associated with the football and cheer program that the family will be fully responsible for.

LWYFL Sponsorship Volunteer Commitment *As you know the LWYFL is a 100% volunteer organization. All members of the sponsorship program are required to work extra volunteer hours in the concession stand or other activities throughout the LWYFL season. Our volunteer coordinator will be in contact with you to schedule that extra help. Would you be willing to volunteer extra time during league functions?  All sponsorship recipients are required to work an additional shift per participant above the required shift per participant.  Failure to commit to volunteer shifts will most likely disqualify you from sponsorship opportunities. *
All participants who are awarded a sponsorship will be scheduled to work a volunteer shift Premier Day on August 5th.  Will you or an adult representative be available to work Premier Day August 5th? *
