2020 Reopening Registration for CVCS

Thank you for taking the time to respond to this survey. It is important for our planning to know what each family intends for their child's attendance. This survey will allow you to register your child(ren) to attend school in-person two days a week and remote for three days a week or to choose fully remote for five days a week. We will operate based on this decision for the first quarter of the school year (Sept 8 - Nov 13). We hope that we will be allowed to return to full in-person instruction prior to November 8, 2020, but for planning purposes we need to prepare for at least the first quarter. Once we receive your response, we will be sending out teacher assignments.

Please complete a separate registration form for each child in your household.
