TMU Superstars Booking Form
Thank you for your interest in booking one of our Superstars! 

Before filling out the form and submitting, please review the information below which explains our booking process.

Standard individual performer rates:
$115 per appearance (duration to be confirmed with performer(s)).

TMU Concert Choir rate:
$500 per event.

Step 1:
Fill out this form with your event details and the performer(s) you would like to book.
Please note: only internal TMU staff/faculty/departments can book the performers.

Step 2:
Our team will reach out to our performers and connect you to them directly if they are available, via email.

Step 3:
Arrange any additional details with the Superstar(s) directly via email.

Step 4:
Following the event, you will be emailed a chargeback form with the final performer costs. Please ensure that you have a valid cost centre before submitting this form.

Please keep in mind:
  • Performer rates are standard
  • We do not provide any AV equipment (microphones, speakers, etc). If you need AV services for your event, we recommend connecting with Media Services.
