Alianza’s Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization and is responsible for its overall well-being.  The Board supports the work of Alianza and provides mission-based leadership,  strategic governance, and counsel to the Executive Director who is charged with leading the day-to-day affairs of the organization. Each Board member serves on at least one Board committee.  Board members may serve for a term of 3 years and may be reappointed to the Board for one additional term of 3 years. The Board of Directors meet every other month, either virtually or in person.
