The New
Wilmington Mission Conference Refund Request Form must be completed for each
individual requesting a refund. Refunds will only be issued through RegPack
(registration provider) protection plan (if purchased) or through the NWMC
office - individuals may not receive refunds from both.
All
approved refunds, regardless of original payment method, are paid by check to
the person listed on the Refund Request Form.
Requests submitted by May 31 will receive a 100% refund.*
Requests submitted in June will receive an 80% refund.*
Requests submitted during the conference will receive either a 60% refund* (miss 4 or more days) or 40% refund* (miss 2-3 days). Refunds will be received within 30 days of the end of the conference.

If credit card was utilized, 5% will be withheld to cover the credit card fees.
