University of Evansville Leadership Academy Recommendation Form
The University of Evansville Leadership Academy (UELA) seeks to enrich the student organizations on campus by developing, training, and nurturing student leaders. Members of this organization will develop leadership skills and techniques through informative lectures, leadership workshops, and practical leadership experience.

Commitment
      - The entire two year program (study abroad permitted)
      - Attend weekly tier meetings
      - Participate in UELA sponsored events
      - Work with tier members to create a Capstone Community Service Project

Rewards
      - Recognition at graduation as a member of UELA
      - Develop leadership and professional skills
      - Work with other student leaders
      - Networking with professionals within and outside the UE Community

Qualifications
      - Be a full-time student of the University of Evansville
      - Be able to make a two year commitment to the program
      - Must provide one letter of recommendation
- Must provide one letter of recommendation

      - Remain in good academic standing with the University
      - Complete 10 hours of Community Service per year
