Educator of the Month Nomination Form
The Ionia Public Schools Educator Of The Month Award recognizes and honors educators for their excellence in our profession. Staff, students, and parents are needed to nominate educators . All IPS employees are educators and can be nominated (i.e. teachers, counselors, paraprofessionals, secretaries, principals, food service, social workers, transportation, maintenance, technology etc.) for this prestigious award. Please consider nominating one (or more) of our educators. We encourage colleagues, students, and parents to submit a nomination form on behalf of an educator who has impacted their life in a special way. You may nominate more than one educator (please use separate forms).
