My Blooming Box Order Form
Thank you for choosing My Blooming Box for your special occasion! Pick up is available on Thursday between 5 - 7 pm or Friday from 9 am - Noon or 7-8 pm. Delivery is available for an additional $10 per order for Williamston, Haslett or Okemos residents. Contact me at info@mybloomingbox for delivery details. Someone must be home for delivery orders.
