If you sign-up for a pdf file I send you an e-mail with your review copy within 48 hours. If you sign-up for a mobi file the author will send your copy directly to your kindle You will have to add author@kjfarham.com to your approved list of senders.

You don't need to have a blog to sign-up for a review opportunity, you can sign-up as long as you have an account on a site where you can post your review (like amazon, B&N, Goodreads etc).
