Thank you for your enquiry. 

In order for us to give you an accurate quote please take your time to complete the below in as much detail as possible with full and accurate information regarding all responsibilities, behavioural and medical needs to help us manage expectations.  

We appreciate if you can be proactive in informing us of any changes or developments to your pets needs at all times prior to an agreed sit. You may overlook things that are obvious to you as you live with and know your pets, but that are important for us to know so please tell us everything no matter how insignificant you may feel it is. If in doubt, please do contact us to discuss. 

Once we receive the information we will send a quote alongside  our terms and conditions and insurance documents. If you accept this quote and advise us you wish to proceed, you will be issued with a copy of the written terms for signature, and full payment will be requested immediately, the booking will be confirmed in writing by email once the agreement is signed and  payment has been received.  Terms are linked in our email signature if you would like to view them before completing this form. 

Please note if we arrive to a sit and discover responsibilities and needs that have not been disclosed and agreed in full in advance we reserve the right to refuse the sit without refund or request supplementary charges. 

Please help us all have a positive expererience by being honest and upfront about your needs and expectations.   

The information provided in this form forms the Basis of Contract. Any booking made is contingent upon the accuracy and completeness of these details.

If you have cats please state whether they are house cats (indoor) or whether they are able to go outside. Please also state whether your cats use cats flaps or need let out through the door, and whether they use litter trays. 

If your cats are fed on  surfaces such as dining tables and kitchen counters where food is prepared and consumed please advise. 

Please note we cannot accept any liability for cats that are freely permitted to come and go inside and outside.

Please describe in detail a typical day with your pets, including wake up time, feeding, walking, playtime, through to evening routines and bedtime.  *
If you have a female dog/cat is it anticipated that she may be in season during our stay ?  *

Please note we will not walk a dog with a retractable lead for safety reasons.

How are your pets when travelling in vehicles ?  ( We are insured through both our pet business insurance and our motor insurance for the purposes of taking pets out for walks/vet visits etc)  *
ANYTHING else we need to know about your pets behaviour, temperament, needs, responsibilities and routine. No detail is too small ! Please ensure you tell us everything, even if you consider it insignificant, it's really important that you help us all to have a positive experience by being honest and upfront with accurate details and expectations.  *
Any other non pet related responsibilities ? House/garden ? This might include things like watering of plants, baskets and vegetables, mowing the lawn, light gardening or maintenance, changing water in the vase for flowers, or topping up  wild bird feeders.  Please include everything you would like us to do.  *
Any responsibilities for airbnbs or holiday lets, such as helping with changeovers, buying welcome pack supplies, meeting and greeting guests, maintenance or admin duties ? *
Our privacy while in your home is as important as your security, please let us know if you have any  cameras including wifi pet cams and any monitoring devices, audio and recording devices, alexa,  and any other technology accessed remotely such as google nest. We would ask that any cameras whether internal or external are switched off for the duration of our stay.  *
Please advise where we would sleep in your home and the facilities provided, for example type and size of bed, ( is it a sofa bed or futon,  double or king bed )  bath/shower facilities available etc.  It is helpful for us to have space provided for us to store our clothes, shoes, outdoor coats,  and toiletries, and space in the kitchen cupboards/fridge/freezer so that we are not living out of a suitcase and can settle in for longer sits.  *
