This intake form is meant to gather community event information together to one central calendar for the benefit of our members that attend and utilize the local shuls, schools and organizations.  This can be a place to place your shul's scholar in residence program, your school's shabbaton or your community organization's dinner.  

The process involves you filling out the form and letting us know if you want your event publicized.  The event may be publicized via the LAShuls email list.  In order for that to happen, you must send your flyer to lashulscalendar@gmail.com.  After you submit your form your event will be entered on the LAShuls Calendar. The LAShuls Community Calendar is a public calendar that anyone can see so make sure you enter information on this form that is public  For example if the event is in someone's home, you can write, address provided upon registration.
