Please remember that all Downtime actions must be submitted prior to Wednesday at midnight to count for that week. Many downtimes refer to monthly actions. It could take up to 4 weeks to get a response. In addition, if you're just looking to purchase most common traits for your build, a simple email is all that's needed.
