Ocean Shores City Market - 2026 Application
Welcome vendors! Thank you for your interest in joining the City Market family.  Please complete this application in full and be sure to submit along with your payment.  

***Vendors are not considered "official" until a completed application and fees are submitted***

Visit our Facebook page:  Ocean Shores City Market.  All City Market vendors are invited to share their wares year-round as a special perk!

Market Days: Saturdays, 10 AM - 3 PM. 
(Set up can start before 8:00 AM, teardown completed by 4:30 PM. Vendors will clean their area following closing time. Vendors need to be out of their space no later than 4:30pm. Please leave the area as clean as you found it.)

Market Location: Chance a la Mer Ave., between Bank of the Pacific and Aft Galley, across from the Ocean Shores Convention Center ~ great visibility and traffic!

We cannot provide water or electricity and you must have your own 10x10 tent and 80 lbs. in canopy weights for liability purposes.  10x20 tents also welcome.

Cost: 
10x10 tent = $35/Saturday or $350 for all 13 dates
10x20 tent = $60/Saturday or $600 for all 13 dates

SELECTION – City of Ocean Shores reserves the right to refuse any application and to withdraw acceptance of any application, under which circumstance the vendor’s booth fee will be returned in full.   

The organizers of this event shall have sole discretion to reject, eject, or withdraw any vendor from the event at any time.

Insurance coverage no less than $2 million is required.  Please provide the name of your insurance company, policy number and expiration date.  You will also need to provide a hardcopy of your proof of insurance on or before your first City Market date.

Don't have current liability insurance?  We've found success with ACT Insurance.  They specialize in coverage for craft/other markets and they have our City Market's information already on file!  https://www.actinsurance.com/buy-an-act-policy

FOOD VENDORS ONLY:  HEALTH AND FIRE PERMITS -  Accepted vendors are responsible for contacting the Grays Harbor Health Department for specific Grays Harbor County requirements. 

Do you need a Cottage Food permit?  Please read if you plan to prepare food for sale in your residential (home) kitchen.

***Food vendors will not be considered "official" with City Market until proof of cottage permit provided***


Do you have your own 10 x 10 or 10 x 20 canopy-style tent?

In signing this agreement, the applicant agrees to comply with all City Market, state, and local regulations. The City of Ocean Shores is not responsible for the breakage or loss of any kind. 
All vendors in this event agree to “Hold Harmless” the City of Ocean Shores, any and all sponsors, property owner, event coordinators, and any other affiliated organizations connected in any way with the City Market.

I have read and understand the above rules and regulations and will abide by them throughout my association with the Ocean Shores City Market.
