In consideration of this registration, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against First Christian Church, sponsors and venues holding the event, its agents, representatives, successors and assignees for any and all injuries suffered by me at said event.  I hereby, attest and certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event.  I also hereby give permission for organizers and sponsors to use any photographs of me taken in conjunction with this event.
