Submit your events

Before you share your event with us, please review the following guidelines:

  1. Free Website Publication: You can publish your event on our website at no cost. If you wish to extend the reach of your event through our newsletter and Social Media pages, we encourage you to make a donation at this PayPal link.

  2. Submission Timing: Events should be submitted a minimum of 10 days prior to the scheduled date. This ensures we have sufficient time to review and share your event.

  3. Picture Upload Issues: If you encounter any difficulties while uploading a picture, please forward it to projects@3ho-europe.org.

  4. Project Mention Limit: We kindly request that you limit mentions of your projects to once per month or newsletter/social media. This helps maintain a balanced and diverse range of content for our audience.
