Please fill out this form fully. Space for non-food vendors is 10x10. No generators allowed.
Tents, tables and chairs are NOT provided. All artisans MUST be handmade products.

Anyone serving or selling food products MUST meet special requirements by the New Haven Health Department. All forms must be filled out no later than August 25. Please call NHHD at (203) 946-8174

**Proper disposal of oil and water from all food trucks is expected. A $500 fine and notification to NHHD in any case resulting otherwise**

Confirmation and Welcome Packets will be sent out within 2 weeks of receipt of application. Once approved, participation fees MUST be received by due date on invoice or we will release your space. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All food vendors are responsible for providing their own supplies and equipment, including tents, chairs, and tables. All vendors are responsible for clean-up of their immediate area at the end of the event. CT Folk Fest & Green Expo will be held RAIN OR SHINE on September 9. Load-in begins at 8:30am and spaces will be chosen PRIOR to event. No vendor will be allowed to set-up after 10:15AM. NO REFUNDS. We are a rain or shine event. ****ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST OBTAIN A HEALTH PERMIT FOR THIS EVENT FROM THE NEW HAVEN HEALTH DEPARTMENT. All vendors must submit a copy to CT FOLK by August 1, 2017.
