For the first two years of WP, our venue in Providence had its own bar/seating area, where folks were set up to do henna, massage, readings - or attendees could hang out, talk, drink, etc.  After moving the event to Seattle, we realized after last year's event was done - that we missed having that gathering space. So in 2015, we introduced our Chillspace - and it was a HUGE hit.  We're expanding on the concept even more this year - more room, in fact more rooms!

There will be tea and tea tastings by B. Fuller's Teas, Henna by HennaCrone, and we're looking for a few more folks to add - if you offer massage, readings, other sorts of services and products that would fit in the chillspace, we're interested in hearing from you. We're looking for folks who can bring a positive atmosphere, keep things relaxed, be professional, and celebrate diversity. We off 3 options for how to get involved:

1) Set Up & Offer services by tip/donation jar (customers contribute what they wish, no set rates)
2) Set Up & Offer services via standard rates (hourly, per piece, etc), and give 10% of earnings PER day to WP (which goes toward our scholarship fund)
3) Vend by flat rate space - $100 for the weekend at LCCC, charge however you wish, and get the monopoly on the space for your kind of service (if you wish to vend all weekend).

Please note that none of these options include a ticket to the Gala Show, unless you opt to provide something for our VIP ticket holders.

Dates & Times: October 14th-16th at the Lake City Community Center
Registration opens at 10am on Friday with classes until 6pm. Gala Show from 8-11pm (unlikely folks will get services then).  Chillspace will have a slightly softer launch, so ideally set up by noon to take advantage of the lunch break.
Saturday is 9am - 6:30pm (then Gala Show, same space)
Sunday is 9am - 3:30pm (last workshop is 3:30-5pm, so after the last 1/2 hour round of shopping, vendors will start breaking down and out at 5pm).  Underworld Ball starts at 6:30pm at Hales Brewery.
