Application to the ISFLC Ayn Rand Seminar, Thursday evening, March 1 and Friday March 2, 2018

IMPORTANT: This seminar will be taking place right before the opening of the Liberty Con, the International Students for Liberty Conference and open to qualified students.  It will be quite different than most you might attend. We will have no lectures; all the sessions will be shared inquiry discussions.

We will be examining the meaning and implications of the following three essays: "The Objectivist Ethics," "Man's Rights," and "What Is Capitalism." If accepted, you will get links to a PDF of the essays for reading beforehand.

You will be expected to read all the texts *before* the seminar sessions, *bring printed copies* of them to the sessions and be very actively involved in the discussions. We use special shared inquiry discussion principles which we'll introduce to you in the first discussion.

PRACTICAL INFO: The program starts at 7 PM, Thursday, March 1st in a conference room at the Liberty Con hotel, the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, 2660 Woodley Rd NW, Washington, DC 20008. Phone:(202) 328-2000. The program ends at 5:30 PM on Friday, March 2nd. We will provide shared rooms for you for Thursday night at this hotel. There is a fee of $25 for the program which you will pay if accepted.
