What does a WEB Leader do?
WEB Leaders will be trained to work with the incoming sixth graders and other new students at O.L. Smith next year. WEB Leaders will work with a small group of sixth grade students to help them during their first weeks at Smith. Throughout the year, WEB Leaders will meet again with their student groups to touch base, discuss problems, and plan activities. We know that the more contact a sixth grader has with their WEB Leader, the more successful the sixth grader will be at our school.
