Official Rules & Guidelines
Eligibility: This contest is exclusively open to customers who purchased their DeNiro boots directly from Olson’s. Boots purchased from other retailers are not eligible. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.
Video Requirements: Videos must be 60 seconds or less, feature clear lighting, and have audible sound if you are speaking.
No Background Music: Please do not add any background music or audio tracks to your video due to copyright restrictions for our future marketing use.
Professional Photos: If you submit bonus photos taken by a professional photographer (such as a horse show photographer), you must have the photographer’s explicit permission to share them with us. Olson’s is not responsible for copyright violations regarding third-party photography.
Third-Party Consent: Any other individuals appearing in your video must have given their consent to be featured.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted directly via email/phone and announced on our social media platforms on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. All judging decisions by the Olson's team are final. (Note: You will see an instant confirmation message on your screen as soon as your form successfully submits!)
Media Rights: By submitting your video and/or photos, you certify that you own the rights (or have the photographer's explicit permission) to all submitted media.
You grant Olson's permission to use, edit, repost, publish, and share your submitted content across marketing channels, including social media, email, advertising, and the Olson's website, without additional compensation. Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be published or featured.
Disqualification: Olson's reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that is incomplete, submitted after the deadline, contains inappropriate content, violates copyright, or otherwise does not comply with these rules.
General: Olson's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this contest if necessary.
