1. To respect facilitator's, stakeholder's resources, most of our workshops and events have a min. attendance number. In unforeseen cases where the min. number is not met, it is up to the discretion of the facilitator to run or to not run the workshop.
2. If the facilitator decides not to run the workshop, you (the participant) would receive a no-questions-asked full refund from the facilitator.
3. For cancellations initiated by you (the participant), kindly check with facilitator on their cancellation policy. The contact number of the facilitator is on the poster.
4. Kindly take note that photographs and/or videos will be taken and used on the programmes' social media and website for marketing purposes. This includes the marketing platforms of all programme stakeholders (e.g., organisers, programme partners, collaborators etc.).
5. As participants, you have the option to not have your photograph/video taken. Please alert the facilitator before the start of the workshop so your preferences can be respected. If facilitators do not hear from you prior to the workshop, it would be assumed that you have given us the clearance to take your photographs/videos.
6. I shall not hold the organiser, programmer partners responsible for any loss, damage or injuries which may be sustained during the above activity, howsoever caused.
