Purpose: Although, there are many variables that will determine interview success, this workshop will provide participants with a method to begin their preparation for interviews. It will also demonstrate the value of looking beyond a company website to gain additional insight about an organization.

Criteria: Successfully completed activities will identify current materials that enable the interviewee to gain new insight from materials other than the company website.

Task:
Individually search for news or trend articles about the organization provided by the librarian. You will have 15 minutes to use the discovery system to locate as many articles as you can.

Next you will take turns being the employer and interviewee. Ask the person sitting next to you, the question provided by the librarian.
