Standards Board
Standards Board maintains order within the community to de-escalate conflicts and resolve any discrepancies within the Alliance.

Judicial Aspects:
Resolving conflict within the organization such as facilitating a meeting between the member(s) in question and creating action plans that are beneficial to the Alliance and the member(s) in question. Creating constructive resolutions for discrepancies. While maintaining confidentiality at all times when handling conflictions.

Motivation:
Members here at NJCU are constantly accomplishing goals and doing beautiful things in their lives, NJCU and the Alliance. This is anyones opportunity to recognize somebody in the Alliance for their outstanding efforts that deserve praise.

Standards Board will consist of two (2) E-board members and two (2) active members
