I understand that  any damage to the instrument must be reported to the Director of Co-Curricular Performing Arts P-12 performingarts@danebank.nsw.edu.au. Damage caused by general wear and tear will be paid for by the school, however it will remain my responsibility to transport he instrument to and from repair during the school year upon instructions from the Directer of Co-Curricular Performing Arts. Any significant damage caused by accident or ill treatment will incur further repair or replacement costs. I understand that I should not attempt any repairs at home myself or through a family member and should only send instruments for repair to approved repair providers after speaking with the Directer of Co-Curricular Performing Arts P-12. I understand that lost instruments will incur a full replacement cost charge to my account. *

I understand that all instruments are due to be returned by end of week 7, term 4 for clean, service and repair. I also understand the early return will still incur the full years charge. *

I understand that in some special cases, I may be able to continue renting over the Christmas period at the end of the 2024 school year. This can only be done by emailing the Office of Co-Curricular Performing Arts P-12 (performingarts@danebank.nsw.edu.au) and will incur some extra conditions including an extra fee. *
