49th Ward Liquor License Moratorium Change Request
Several 49th Ward commercial streets are under liquor license moratoriums established by the previous Alderman. This means that no new liquor licenses can be issued, and existing licenses can only be transferred under specific and limited circumstances, unless the moratorium is lifted at a given location.

Applicants seeking to lift a moratorium for purposes of sale or transfer of an existing liquor license are asked to provide the following information:
