Therapeutic and vocational horticulture has many documented health benefits, but there is also the risk of harm or injury, like tripping over an unseen obstacle, contacting a plant that produces a physically irritating effect or being bitten/stung by an insect. In order to reduce the risk of harm to yourself and others, we ask that participants follow instructions and remain with the group at all times.

The purpose of this waiver is to preclude any claim arising out of your participation in the activities and services provided by GROW HUB. By signing this agreement you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GROW HUB and the operators of any facilities used by GROW HUB from any claims for loss, damage, injury, or expense associated with your participation in activities and services provided by GROW HUB. If first aid or medical treatment is administered to me, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organization, any first aid provider, and other involved parties from any claims for loss, damage, injury, or expense associated with that aid or treatment.

Photo Release

We often use photos from events and volunteer days at the nursery to promote our business on social media. If you do not wish to have your picture taken at GROW HUB, please indicate so on the question below.
