FARMER VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $10. Locally grown produce and agricultural products such as eggs, honey, etc.

TEXAS COTTAGE FOOD LAW (TCFL) VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $20. Baked goods that do not require refrigeration, such as cakes, cookies, breads, and pastries, candy, coated and uncoated nuts, unroasted nut butters, fruit butters, canned jams and jellies, fruit pies, dehydrated fruits and vegetables including dried beans, popcorn and popcorns snacks, cereal, including granola, dry mixes, vinegar, mustard, roasted coffee or dry tea, dried herbs or herb mixes, whole uncut frozen fruits or vegetables, canned acidified plant-based foods, pickled fruits or vegetables with a pH of 4.6 or less. NURSERY VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $20. Plant sales outlet with a wide variety of plants, including trees, shrubs, flowers, vegetables, herbs, and ornamental plants.

ADDED VALUE VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $30. Artisanal, handcrafted goods. Examples: Hand knitted items, hand thrown ceramics, handcrafted jewelry, handcrafted woodwork, handmade artisanal candles, soaps or bath products, original paintings or artwork. Must be approved by management. 

FOOD VENDOR BOOTH: Fee is $35. ONLY for food vendors selling food or beverages to consumers at the Farmers Market. Preference will be given to plant-based food vendors and healthy food options.

ORGANIZATION: Fee is $10. Only for 501(c) certified organizations or selected organizations.

PROMOTIONAL BOOTH: Fee is $200. Companies with an established presence. Example of companies: energy companies, wireless communication companies, manufactoring corporations, etc.

2025 Vendor Responsibilities
  • Booth fees must be paid by the Monday before the Market.
  • Vendors must arrive on time and set before 11:00 a.m. 
  • Late fees of $25 will be invoiced to email provided. 
  • Stay for the entire Market, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • The Market can limit or reject items to ensure a good balance of products.
  • Only sell items listed on your approved application 
  • Do NOT sell prohibited items like toy guns, knives, weapons, fireworks, or anything unsafe.
  • Stay within your booth area to sell your products—selling outside your booth isn’t allowed.
  • Get a Temporary Food Handler’s Permit from the City of Laredo if required.
  • No political campaigning or information sharing during the event.
  • Clean up your booth area at the end of the Market.
  • If bad weather happens, the Market will adjust plans to keep everyone safe.

2026 Participation Waiver


By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market hosted by Laredo Main Street and agree to the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk:
    I understand that participation in the Farmers Market involves risks, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of goods. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

  2. Release of Liability:
    I release and hold harmless El Centro de Laredo Farmers Market, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and property owners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of my participation, including accidents, injuries, or theft.

  3. Vendor Responsibilities:

    • I am responsible for setting up, maintaining, and securing my booth and merchandise.
    • I will comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the Market organizers.
    • I confirm that I have the required permits, licenses, and insurance (if applicable) for my products and business operations.
  4. Health and Safety Compliance:
    I agree to follow all health and safety requirements, including food handling protocols and any additional measures mandated by the Market or local authorities.

  5. Weather and Event Changes:
    I understand that the Market may adjust operations or cancel events due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and I waive any claims for losses or refunds resulting from such changes.

  6. Photography and Media Release:
    I grant permission for Laredo Main Street to use photos or videos taken of my booth or products for promotional purposes without compensation.
