Keys to Having a Great Day at the Kent County Cup

We’re so excited to welcome you to the Kent County Cup! Here are a few tips to help you bring your best self to the tournament and make the day enjoyable for everyone:

Bring Your Competitive Spirit—With Sportsmanship. Competition will be fierce, but let’s keep it fun and respectful. Win or lose, the best part is the community we’re building together.

Get Plenty of Sleep. A good night’s rest means sharper focus, quicker reactions, and a more positive mindset.

Shower & Deodorant.
Come clean, wear fresh clothes, and use deodorant—no one wants body odor to be the highlight of the day.

Fuel Up.
Eat a good breakfast so you’ve got energy to last through matches.

Stay Hydrated.
Bring water or refill throughout the day—you’ll thank yourself later!
