Please fill out the application thoroughly and send 2-6 pictures of the items you make to
happyfoxstudio@gmail.com IF they are not visible on your social media. Applications w/o social media OR photos are incomplete and will not get a response. If you're brand new at making the product, feel free to submit the application but then send a pic as soon as you can!
10% of all vendor sales and 100% of raffle ticket sales will go to a local charity or charities. If you have more than one child, please fill out one application for each 4 to 6 foot' table you are applying for - if each child wants their own table, fill out separate applications.
The event is on May 13, from 11am-2pm. Participants can be there as early as 10:15 to set up, but must be there no later than 10:30, when there will be a vendor meeting. Vendors must stay with their table set up until 2pm. An adult is required to stay at the venue to supervise. Please send any questions to
